We are unable to resell any cartons that are not the full quantity as each carton and each ESE pod has a date stamp. This is particularly relevent to cartons of ESE pods as we have only 'full' cartons and zero loose ESE pods. In some cases, we are unable to refund products sold by the carton if the customer has used one(1) or more of the carton's contents. So please take the time and care to ensure you are purchasing the correct product to avoid the added costs of shipping returns or the potential that refunds are not available if the item has been opened and partially consumed. Mistakes and accidents when purchasing the wrong consumables for your pod or capsule equipment end up being expensive for both you and us. Please take a moment to view the images and read product description properly. It's possible that some customers do not understand that a capsule and a pod are different and there can be many differences between capsule and pod systems, for instance the Aldi pod is not compatible with Nespresso classic capsules. We sell both coffee pods and capsules but unfortunately customers are sometimes making the wrong decision or choice when purchasing their capsules or pods.
